Through the research and development of products, our company promotes the continuous improvement of quality and performance that meet the various needs of customers and enhance the company's core competitiveness. 

Our company has more than 10 R&D engineers and has obtained over 30 national patents. Leveraging the expertise of our R&D team in the thermoforming process, we can realize all aspects, from conceptual products to drawings to mold development to finished product production. 

Utilizing advanced 3D imaging software, customers can view demand data on the screen. Subsequently, according to customer requirements, through careful and rigorous analysis, we produce comprehensive and accurate prototype products.

RECYCLED MATERIAL  EXTRUSION

Quality thermoformed packaging begins with high quality “sheet”.

Great co., uses a patented large barrel extrusion capacity and filtration systems technology complete with on-line thickness control systems. All GREAT extrusion capacity is capable of processing 100% recycled material

Computer monitoring ensures conformance to exacting standards and process controls.

SPEED & PRECISION THERMOFORMING              

GREAT Co. uses high-quality PETE/RPET sheets, heating, stirring, extruding, and cooling to make PETE/RPET rolls. We also design product molds according to customer requirements.  

We are installing the PETE/RPET roll and mold into the production machine.  

Great Co. starts the production of our PET boxes, which will go through blister molding, die cutting, and classification in sequence.  

We are also packing after the quality inspection.

STRICT QUALITY CONTROL

What can be said about quality:  

Great Co. has a number of advanced German imports of automatic thermoforming production lines of machines that are produced by a series of products that have passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ISO 22000 food safety system certification, ISO 14001 environmental operation system certification, and QS industrial production license certification, as well as United States FDA food certification and EU certification. Of these, the degradable series of products have completely passed the EU plastic ban standards.
